1. Before receiving the goods
Upon receipt of the product, please ensure to inspect the outer packaging for any signs of damage. At this point, the following scenarios may occur:
1) Packaging intact: Confirm that the packaging is intact and the goods are undamaged, so you can safely sign for them;
2) Packaging damage:
① Open-box inspection on site. Please open the box to confirm the condition of the product. If only the packaging is damaged and the product is not damaged, please sign for it as usual; if you confirm that the product is damaged (at the location corresponding to the damaged point on the outer box), please take a photo or record a video, and directly refuse to accept it. At the same time, contact your purchase channel to explain the situation;
② Delayed inspection. If you are not able to conduct an on-site inspection, you may still choose to receive the goods. However, please specify "packaging damaged, contents unknown" upon receipt. Please ensure to open the package and inspect the goods within 12 hours of receipt. After opening the package, if you confirm that the product is damaged, please take photos or record a video, and contact your purchasing channel to explain the situation.
II. After receiving the goods
If you have any questions during use, you can inquire through your purchasing channel or directly contact Fist's customer service personnel. If you find any defects or flaws in the product, please take a photo or record a video and contact your purchasing channel to explain the situation.
